Instant Office

Need an office to meet with your customer or your team, but just for an hour, few hours in a week or a whole day? You can rent our instant office located in our building. Capacity is 6+1 pers., own facilities, wifi connection and refreshment included.

Price: 120 czk / hour (VAT 20% incl.)

Scanning Service

Need to quickly find what you mail out? The selected mail will be opened as per your specific written instructions, scan the contents and the final document sent to your e-mail. We can then either forward you mail to you as normal. Then you can post again and keep the clog or equal to safely destroy.

Price: 50 CZK / month (max 10 pages)

Shipping, Freight, and Packing: Trans-Shipping Service

We can receive and repack your shipments to your specifications. We can receive your packages up to 5kg (11 pounds), and then re-pack, or consolidate multiple shipments for you. This service is ideal for when you are shipping fragile items, or if your incoming boxes have been damaged in transit.

Price: 200 CZK + packaging materials + postage

Courrier Service in Prague and surroundings

If you need to shipe your incoming packages through our reception desk, we are here to help you. Here are two basic tarifs:

1. Local Messenger withing Prague district – fixed rate 300 CZK
2. Local Messenger within 15 km of Prague – fixed rate 450 CZK
