Use our legal street address to receive all your mail and packages, and then pick up your mail from our receptionist during regular business hours.

How does this work?

For a fixed monthly price we are your Office Receptionist, and your mail receiving address:

• We receive and hold you mail and packages at the front desk
• You can pickup your packages anytime from our Receptionist between the hours of 9am and 5pm
• We are open Monday through Friday
• We are closed on weekends
• We are closed on all public holidays

Who Uses this Service?

Our customers feel more comfortable to have us be responsible for receiving and holding their mail for them.
This service is for our customers who:

• Need a legal street address for their personal or business use
• Do not have a permanent address in Prague
• Work from home
• Have day jobs and are not available to sign for packages
• Shop on-line and they do not want their home addresses listed on-line

How do I sign up?

How does the Service work?

• We send you an email notification whenever we receive your mail or packages from Post Office, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.
• To pick up your parcels come into our office anytime between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note: We are closed on weekends and all legal holidays

How does this help me?

1. We receive all your mail and parcels, courier packages, and registered mail
2. We can reject all junk mail (on request)
3. We can store mail and parcels until you are ready to pick up (up to one month)
4. We can start your service as soon as we receive your first payment
5. You can receive up to 100 items per month: individual packages can weigh up to 5kg (11 pounds) each. For packages over 5kg (11 pounds), there will be an additional service based on the total weight.
