One Time Mail Service
50 CZK / 1 received piece up to 5 kg (all taxes included)

Use our mailing address while you are in town, and you just need to receive mail only one time.

How does this work?

For our "one-time-only" mail delivery customers, we have designed a simple plan:

• We receive your mail one time only
• We hold your mail at no charge for three (3) days until you come into our office and pick up your mail from our receptionist OR we can forward your mail to any address you wish
• After three (3) days we will charge you a Storage Fee 50 CZK (Czech Crowns) up to 30 calendar days

Who Uses this Service?

Our customers feel more comfortable to have us be responsible for receiving and holding or forwarding their mail and parcels to them.
This service is for our customers who:

• Are only in Prague for a short term
• Do not have a permanent address in Prague
• Travel all over the country
• Travel overseas
• Need packages signed for from FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

How do I sign up?

How does the Service work?

• We send you an email notification whenever we receive your mail or packages from Post Office, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.
• To pick up your parcels come into our office anytime between 9am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. Please note: We are closed on weekends and all legal holidays

How does this help me?

1. We receive all your mail and parcels, courier packages, and registered mail while you are out of town or busy
2. For an additional fee of 50 CZK per day we can store mail and parcels until you are ready to pick up for up to 30 calendar days
