Are you just a Mail Receiving Station?

  • We are MORE then just a PO box service.
  • We are your office in Europe!

If I wanted to open a Bank account in Czech Republic, can you help me?

  • We would be happy to help you out! We know the banks that specialize in both domestic and international business – just tell us what you need

If I want to do business in Prague, could you recommend an Accountant?

  • We would be happy to direct you to professionals that we know.

 

How stable is the banking system in the Czech Republic?

  • It is VERY stable, and very security minded.  Not one person who banked in the Czech Republic lost any money during the last world recession.

What are your Business Hours?

  • Monday through Friday.
  • 9am to 5pm.
  • We are closed on all Public Holidays.

 

Do you rent Physical PO Boxes?

  • Yes, we rent traditional physical PO boxes.
  • You will have access to your PO box on a 24/7 basis.
  • Our PO boxes are located in a secured area, complete with motion detector surveillance.

 

What size PO boxes are available?

  • We offer three different sized PO boxes.
  • Our PO boxes are much larger then you are accustomed to in the USA!
  • Our smallest PO box size is: 27cm x 10cm x 36cm ( 10.6” x 4” x 14” )

 

What if I just want you to receive my mail?

  • No problem!
  • We offer a Mail PickUp Service.
  • If you do not want to rent a PO box, we will receive and hold all your mail and parcels at our reception desk, which you any pick up any time during normal business hours.

 

What if I can only come over to your office on weekends or after-hours?

  • No problem for us!
  • But sadly, we will have to add a special service charge onto your bill due to government regulations and building security issues.

What do I get if I use your Virtual Office service?

  • We are your legal address for your personal and business affairs in the Czech Republic.
  • We receive mail.
  • We hold mail.
  • We forward your mail to any place on earth!
  • We scan.
  • We fax.

Do you offer a Telephone Answering Service?

  • Sadly, at this time, we do not provide any telephone answering services.

 

Do I have visit Prague myself to sign up with you?

  • No!
  • You can stay at home and we work for you here!
  • We can set you up remotely, and pass legal paperwork back and forth by using the international courier service of your choice:
    • FedEx
    • DHL
    • UPS

 

How do I find you on a map?

 

Can you set me up with a company of my own in Czech Republic?

  • Yes we can!
  • We can create a business entity for you, which will allow you to live and work in Prague, and from there, all of the Europe and the EU!
  • We do it all, and you do not even have to leave home!
  • Just tell us what you need, and we will handle it for you:
    • One flat fee and you are done!

 

How do I get to your office?

  • By Tram: Take the #8 Tram to Krizkova
  • By Metro: Take the “B” Line Metro (Underground Train) to Krizkova

 

How do I get around Prague?

  • Prague was designed for walking, but if you are in a hurry just grab a Tram (Street Car) or the local Metro (Underground Train).
  • Go to any Tram stop of Metro Station and buy a ticket.
    • For just CZK 26 (about US$ 1.25) you can ride any transport - Tram, Metro, or Bus - for an hour.
    • For just CZK 100 (about US$ 5.00) you can ride anything and go anywhere for 24 hours!  That is the best way to explore Prague!

How do I start my new service you?

  • That’s easy!
  • Just send us an email with all your details, and we can make all your new arrangements remotely:

How often do you forward my mail to me?

  • We forward mail every Thursday to any address on earth!
  • If you are expecting a “special parcel” that you need immediately, just let us know!
  • We will make arrangements with the courier service of your choice, and will email you with all the details!
    • We have accounts with FedEx and DHL.

 

What countries do you ship to?

  • We ship everywhere!
  • We can forward your mail by:
    • Ceska Posta (Czech Post Office)
    • FedEx
    • DHL
    • UPS

 

How do you handle junk mail?

  • We reject junk mail on your behalf.
    • Unless you specifically tell us that you want us to forward “everything” that comes into your account.
    • You never pay for shipping unwanted mail!

 

Can you open my mail and scan it for me?

  • Yes, we can!
  • We will need a legal contract from you, granting us legal authority to open your mail on your behalf.
  • One time event:
    • On request, we can open your mail for you, scan every page, and then email those scanned pages to you.
  • Monthly Scanning Service:
    • For a monthly fee of 50 CZK we will scan up to ten (10) pages per month, and then email those scanned pages to you.
  • We can then destroy or forward that mail to you.
  • Just tell us what you would like us to do!
  • Sorry, we can only scan mail. We cannot scan newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, etc.

 

How do we pay our bill with you?

  • Since we work on an international basis, we can accept payment by:
  1. Cash
  2. Western Union wire transfer
  3. Bank to Bank transfer

 

What items are prohibited from shipping?

  • Please check with your local post office or courier service (FedEx, DHL, UPS) for details.
  • They will tell you want they allow to be shipped using their service.
    --> But we ask that you never ship money or valuables of any kind!

 

Can you accept registered mail for me?

  • Yes, we can!
  • We will provide you with all the paperwork for you to sign and return to us.
    • For us to receive your registered mail, we must deal with the Ceska Posta (Czech Post Office) and get you the form for the Card Agent, which means that we will need additional documentation from you!
    • We then forward the paperwork to you.

This is the one time where YOU will have to go to Ceska Posta (Czech Post Office) and pay 70 CZK to create a Card Agent
There are no additional charges for this service from POBox24.

 

Can you accept COD (cash-on-delivery) for me?

  • We are so sorry, but we cannot accept payments or cash-on-delivery (COD) on your behalf.

 

Can I use you Czech office address on my letterhead?

  • Yes, you can!
  • After you talk to us, and we sign a basic contract, you are free to use our business address as your own!
  • But this option is only available during the length of your contract.

 

Do you have a conference room I can rent?

  • Yes, we do!
  • When you need to hold a meeting in Prague, just let us know at least two weeks in advance and we will schedule into our conference room.

For a small additional fee, we can provide coffee and tea service.
For an additional fee, we can arrange to have lunch catered for you.


If my mail service with you expires, what happens to my mail?

  • We will try and contact you for one month:

If we do not hear back from you, then all your mail will be destroyed.

 

When can my service with you begin?

  • As soon as we have your completed on-line form verified:
    • Which means that you have to “click” the link on our webpage submission form.
  • Once we have your first payment, your services begin immediately.

What happens if my mail does not arrive at your office?

  • Sadly, we have no control of the post office our courier services.
  • The Ceska Posta (Czech Post Office) is usually very reliable, and when you use FedEx, DHL, or UPS they actively track all their parcels.
  • If an item does not arrive, we will do our best to help you, and will file complaints.

We highly recommend that for any important documents or items, please send by registered mail, or use one of the regular courier services.
